| 摘 要： | 在500WYAG固体激光器上设计了硬光路和两束柔性光路的组合三光路系统.硬光路为主光路,输出能量占总能量的三分之二,两柔性光路由光纤传输,为激光加工前后辅助光路,占总能量的三分之一.三光路聚焦到加工面上的距离可调,两柔性光路可自动关闭和开启.该光路系统的激光焊接机可以提高金属焊接的质量,特别能够弥补铝合金焊接过程中容易产生的部分缺陷.

| Abstract: | Designed a three beams light system on a 500W YAG solid laser welding machine,this system consists of one hard light route and two soft light routes.The hard light route which possesses two three of the total energy is the main light route.The two soft light routes which trans-mit through optical fiber are the facilitated routes,the energy is one third of the total.The three light routes focus on the processing surface and the distance can be regulated,the two soft light routes can automatically turn off and turn on.The laser welding machine of the light system can enhance the quality of the metal welding,in particular,it can offset the partly deficiency which happen during the welding process. |
