摘    要:在分析分形编码的匹配过程和小波变换系数分布特点的基础上,提出了一种卫星遥感图像的快速编码算法,即对分形编码的定义域块和值域块分别进行小波交换,并通过计算域块信息库来匹配值域块和定义域块。分别对长春地区的SPOTS影像和广州地区的,TM影像的试验表明,该算法在峰值信噪比下降极小的情况下显著地提高了图像编码速度,在多分辨率卫星遥感数据的可视化表达领域可望有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:By analyzing the matching process of fractal image coding and the distribution characteristic of the wavelet transform coefficients, a fast image coding algorithm was proposed. In the algorithm, wavelet transform is applied to domain blocks and range blocks of fractal coding respectively, in which domain blocks and range blocks are matched by calculating the blocks information base. Experiments were performed to SPOT5 imagery of Changchun and TM imagery of Guangzhou. The result shows that this method can get a much faster image coding speed with little reduction of the image PSNR. This algorithm is expected to be used widely in visualization of multi-resolution remote sensing data.
