| 摘 要： | 对甲醇处理后小麦种子生理特性变化情况进行了研究,结果表明:小麦种子的发芽指标和活力指标均随老化时间的延长呈明显降低趋势;老化种子浸出液的相对电导率在不同处理间存在一定差异,变化的总趋势是随老化时间延长而升高,老化小麦种子24 h浸出液的相对电导率和各项发芽指标、活力指标呈显著负相关;虽然脱氢酶、淀粉酶活性处理间变化不显著,但总的变化趋势是逐渐降低,且与各发芽指标呈显著正相关.

| Abstract: | Seeds of wheat (B91043) were used to investigate the physiological characteristics in their artificial ageing course by methyl alcohol.The results showed:the germination indexes and activity index of the seeds decreased obviously as the treating time extension and the conductance rate increased.The relative electrical conductivity of seed soaking liquid is difference among the different treating time and it is increased when aged time is prolong.The correlations is negative relativity between relatively conductance rate and the germination index and activity index to seed soaking liquid of wheat aged seeding,the general variety trend is not obvious, but it is positive relativity between dehydrogenas,amylase and germination indexes. |
