灵芝液体深层发酵培养条件初探

摘    要:以菌丝体生物量为主要指标,研究了灵芝在液体深层发酵过程中培养基及培养条件对其菌丝体生长状况的影响.实验结果表明,适宜灵芝液体深层发酵的培养基配方为:豆饼粉1.25%,蔗糖4%,KH2PO40.0107%,MgSO40.0336%(C/N为:10/1);最佳发酵条件为:初始pH 4.0,接种量10%,在温度28℃,转速170 r/min的条件下,培养4 d,每100 mL培养液菌体收获量可达1.8370 g(湿重),含水率83%,折合干重0.3213 g.

Abstract:Taking biomass of mycelium as the main index,the effects of culture medium and cultivating conditions on the growth of mycelium during the deep submerged fermentation process of ganoderma in liquid were researched.The findings indicate that the culture medium formula suitable for ganoderma during submerged culture is 1.25% bean cake powder,4% cane sugar,0.0107%KH2PO4 and 0.0336%MgSO4(C/N is 10/1).With best fermented conditions of pH 4.0 initialization,10% inoculum size,the temperature of 28 ℃,rotate speed of 170 r/min,4-day fungus cultivation,gouda 1.8370 g(water avoirdupois)can be obtained from 100 mL liquid thalli,equal to 0.3213 g dry weight,with 83% water.
