摘    要:本文报道一种蓝莓泡腾片剖备方法。以蓝莓鲜果为主要原料,探索了蓝莓泡腾片制备工艺、常低温保鲜浓缩干燥技术应用及科学组方确定;该泡腾片不改变蓝莓营养成分、在水中分布迅速均匀、有效成分便于吸收、生物利用度高、质地酥脆、口感舒适、食用方便,兼具固体制剂和液体制剂的特点,在食品行业具有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract:A preparation method of Semen trigonellae effervescent tablet is described in this paper. Taking fresh Semen trigonellae fruit as the main raw material, the Semen trigonellae effervescent tablet preparation process, + 25~Clow-temperature preservation and concentrated drying technology application and scientific formula are ex- plored. The effervescent tablet does not change the nutrients of Semen trigonellae and evenly distributed in water. With easy absorption of effective components, high biological utilization, crisp texture, pleasant taste and conven- ient usage, the semen trigonellae effervescent tablet has the characteristics of both solid and liquid formulation and has a broad market prospect in the food industry.
