研究生教育是高校发展水平的重要指标

江西的研究生教育事业经历了不平凡的发展历程,从纵向来说,江西研究生教育进步显著,从横向来比,江西是近年来全国发展最快的省份之一。但与发达省份相比,江西研究生教育还有明显差距:培养规模总量很小、学位类型结构比例失调、培养质量有待提高,因此更要充分认识到学位和研究生教育在服务经济社会发展中的重要作用,把博士点、硕士点的数量和质量作为衡量一个学校教育内涵式发展水平的重要指标。江西的研究生教育必须正视发展现状、提高思想认识、明确目标任务、突出学科建设、主攻专业学位、创新培养模式、优化导师队伍、强化投入保障。

Vertically, Jiangxi graduate education has progressed significantly; transversely, Jiangxi is one of the fastest growing provinces throughout the country in recent years. But compared with developed provinces, the graduate education of Jiangxi province is obvious backward： total training scale is small, degree type structure is imbalance, and training quality needs to be improved. So we should fully recognize the important role of the degree and graduate education in the service of economic and social development, and take the quality and quantity of the doctoral and master degree programs as important indicators to measure university education connotative development. Jiangxi graduate education must face up to the development status, improve ideological understanding, make clear the goal and task, highlight discipline construction, assault the main target of professional degree, innovate training mode, optimize tutors, and strengthen investment guarantee.
