摘    要:为了提高链轮工作的可靠性,应避免链轮在传动系统中发生共振.根据链轮外摆线齿廓的形成原理,通过圆族包络法,得到实际链轮齿廓方程.然后利用Pro/E建立链轮的三维模型,并导入ANSYS软件对链轮模型进行模态分析,确定了摆线链轮固有频率和振型,从而避免链轮在传动过程中发生共振现象,同时为链轮的进一步优化设计提供技术参考.

Abstract:In order to enhance the reliability of sprocket, the sprocket should avoid resonance in the transmission system. According to the forming principle of sprocket epicycloidal profile , the actual sprocket tooth profile equation was obtained with the circle envelope method. Then using Pro/E to establish three - dimensional model of sprocket, and inducting the ANSYS software sprocket model for modal analysis. It was carried to determine the epicycloidal sprocket's natural frequencies and mode shapes to avoid resonance during the transmission process. At the same time , it also provides technique reference for further optimization design of the sprocket.
