摘    要:采用对二甲氨基偶氮苯磺酰氯(DABS-Cl)衍生法分析氨基酸组成.利用醋酸盐/乙醇系统对衍生的氨基酸进行HPLC分离.用乙醇取代乙腈作为层析剂可减少毒性,降低成本.与常用的异硫氰酸苯酯(PITC)衍生法相比,实验证明DABS-Cl衍生法具有高灵敏度、高稳定性和操作简便的优点.

Abstract:A method of amino acid analysis through derivatization with dimethylaminoazozene sulphonyl chloride(DABS-Cl)is reported.The DABS-amino acids were analysed by HPLC using an acetate/alcohol elution system,which is economical and less toxicthan the commonly used acetate/acetonitrile system.The result indicate that this method hasthe advantage of high sensitivity and stability than the method of derivatization of amino acidby PITC.
