重庆市城市土地经济效益评价研究

根据土地利用指标选择的科学性、整体性、层次性、可操作性、动态性、前瞻性原则,分析我国城市发展的一般规律,结合重庆市的实际情况,以及指标数据的可获得性,选取投入类指标(A)、产出类指标(B)共2类8个指标(A1,A2,…,B4)构建了城市经济效益评价的指标体系,采用层次分析法,通过纵横向对比,对重庆城市土地的经济效益进行了深入分析,总结出重庆城市土地的经济效益总体水平低,波动较大,投入偏高影响了其经济效益及集约化水平不高等特点。

Probing into the Estimation of the Economic Benefit of Urban Land of Chongqing

This thesis has established a guideline system of estimating the economic benefit of urban land.Stratification analysis method has been adopted for to go deep analyzing the economic benefit of Chongqing urban land and the conclution is that the economic benefit level of Chongqing urban land as a whole is low as well as fluctuating greatly.
