| 摘 要： | 用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)和高碘酸钾催化法对临夏400名青少年头发中铁、锌、铜、硒、镍、锰、钼、铅、镉和钙十种元素的含量进行分析检测,并以五个年龄组和男女性别组分别做了对比研究,结果表明临夏回族青少年头发中铁、铅及钙的含量有其特征变化,而其它元素的含量则无明显的特征性变化。并与国内其它地区汉民族的相应资料做了比较分析。

| Abstract: | The contents of hair microelements of iron,zinc.copper,sele- nium,nickel,manganese,molybdenum,lead,cadmium,caleium were analy- sed and measured in 400 Linxia Hui teenager with atomic absorption spec- trophotometer,and comparative research was made in five age groups and sex groups.The results have shown the contents of iron,lead and calcium changed in some characteristics,but other elements did not.We compared these results with documents of other areas in our country. |
