饥饿补偿对日本沼虾生长及生化组成的影响

摘    要:在(25.0±1) ℃范围条件下,对日本沼虾进行了不同时间的饥饿处理后再投饵的恢复生长实验.饥饿过程中,虾体水分、灰分含量略有上升,蛋白质和脂肪含量以及RNA/DNA值有不同程度下降.分别给饥饿处理0(对照),2,4,8 d的日本沼虾投饵,在恢复生长结束后,各饥饿处理组的虾体生化组成均接近并恢复到对照组水平.饥饿处理组在恢复生长中的特殊生长率、摄食率和食物转化率显著高于对照组,实验结果表明,日本沼虾继饥饿后再恢复喂食不仅食欲增加,而且摄食水平和食物转化率均有所提高,出现完全或部分补偿生长效应.

Abstract:The recovery growth experiment in shrimp Macrobrachium nipponense following different periods of starvation time at 25.0±1 ℃ was conducted. During starvation, the water and ash contents in the body of the shrimp increased slightly; the protein and lipid contents decreased, but the losing of lipid was higher than that of protein. The results suggested lipid was the main energy source during starvation. The test shrimp were divided into 4 experiment groups which were deprived of food for 0(control), 2, 4 and 8 days respectively. At the end of the recovery growth, chemical compositions in each group were similar to control group. Upon realimentation after periods of starvation, specific growth rate, feeding rate and food conversion efficiency in terms of wet weight in each previously starved groups were higher than those in control group. The results showed that there was completely or partially compensatory effect in the recovery growth in the M. nipponense following starvation, and that the compensatory effect mainly resulted from significant increase of feeding level and food conversion efficiency in the recovery growth.
