经腹贲门癌切除、纵膈内机械吻合的手术配合

目的：介绍经腹贲门癌切除，纵膈内机械吻合术治疗贲门癌的手术配合。方法：针对44例有糖尿病，高血压，心功能不全的贲门癌患者，采用经腹切除，纵膈内机械吻合术，根据手术配合经验，介绍了手术护士配合的详细步骤与方法，强调心理护理的重要性。结果：手术均获得成功，患者安全返回病房。结论：手术中护士的配合是重要的，尤其是使用吻合器的配合。

Trans-Abdominal Resection of Cancer of the Gastric Cardia Using Mechanical Anastomat, Nursing Coordination during Operation

Objective:To recommend the nursing coodination in the operation of trans abdominal resection of cancer of the gastric cardia. Method:44 cases of cancer of the gastric cardia with diabetes, hypertension, cardiac insufficiency were operated upon by trans abdominal resection using mechanical anastomat. The experience of coordination by the nursing staff was recommended. Result: All of them recovered uneventfully. Conclusion:The coordination of the nurses during the operation is important especially in using of mechanical anastomat.
