摘    要:针对航空装备的六种故障率特性,引入非齐次泊松过程,用以解决航空备件需求和预测问题。根据不同故障率曲线给出相应的故障分布模型,最后通过实际故障数据的参数估计和模型检验来确定符合该故障数据的故障率曲线,并计算具有最小维修特点的航空备件的需求量和剩余平均寿命。算例分析表明,结果更为合理,具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract:According to the six kinds of performance of failure rate of aerial equipment,the nonhomogeneous Poisson process into solving the demand and forecasting of the aero-spares and establishes the failure distribution function by analyzing the failure data is introduced.This process also includes the parameter estimation and goodness fit for deciding these models which suit for this failure data.Furthermore,the method calculates the number and the residual mean lifetime of the aero-spares with minimal repair by an example.Through experiences,this new application is more reasonable than the present ways and shows a larger practical value.
