依托校企合作加强师生实践应用能力

以浙江科技学院土木工程专业开展校企合作的实践为例,提出校企合作不仅是培养学生实践应用能力的最佳途径,更是教师更新知识结构、提高理论联系实际工作能力的最佳途径;在校企合作的组织和实施过程中,应理顺校企合作与人才培养目标之间的相互关系,针对专业特点,选择合适的校企合作项目;将日常教学、课程建设等与校企合作进行有机结合,达到以校企合作为平台、加强师生实践应用能力培养的目的。
