重楼种子萌发因素分析

摘    要:本研究探索影响重楼(Paris polyphylla)种子萌发的因素,为重楼快速育苗提供理论基础。实验利用不同浓度植物激素和变温层积方式对重楼种子进行处理,统计种子的萌发时间及萌发率。结果显示,不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)处理对种子萌发率无显著差异,而种子来源不同对种子萌发率有极显著的影响;3种变温层积方式下重楼种子均有萌发,变温层积对华重楼和滇重楼种子萌发时间和萌发率的影响并不显著,而种子来源对萌发时间和萌发率的影响极显著。因此,外加GA3、不同的层积方式和变温处理均不能明显改善其萌发特性,种子的萌发时间和萌发率高低与种子来源显著相关。

Abstract:In order to provide a theoretical basis for rapid seeding production of Paris polyphylla,the factors that influence the seed germination of Paris polyphylla were explored.In the experiment,different plant hormone concentrations and temperature variable stratification methods were used to treat seeds of Paris polyphylla,and the seed germination time and germination rate were calculated.The results showed that there was no significant difference in seed germination rate with different concentrations of gibberellin (GA3) treatment,and different seed sources had a significant effect on seed germination rate.Seeds could germinate when treated with three temperature variable stratification methods.The effect of temperature variable stratification on the seeds germination time and germination rate was not significant,while the source of seed had a significant effect.Therefore,the addition of GA3,different stratification and temperature treatment could not significantly improve the germination characteristics of seeds.The germination time and germination rate of seeds were significantly related to the source of seeds.
