| 摘 要： | 高学历辅导员心理健康关系着思想政治教育工作的成败和高校辅导员队伍的稳定,同时也会影响大学生的心理健康。基于马斯洛需要层次理论,分析影响高学历辅导员心理健康的因素,提出高学历辅导员可以通过加强自我调适、营造宽松的心理氛围、获得高校良好的外部支持等方面帮助其建立健康的心理状态。
