| 摘 要： | 金融危机对苏南中小企业产生了较大的影响和财务效应,这种影响和效应对中小企业的发展极为不利,许多企业因此而破产。在后危机时代苏南中小企业的处境则更困难,企业经营必须从财务上入手,尽快寻求这种背景下应对的措施,采取积极有效的财务战略,从根本上解决制约中小企业发展的瓶颈问题。
