| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国养老金存在严重收不抵支的情况。对此,学术界普遍认为应适当延长退休年龄。而在具体实践中,要充分考虑社会各方群体对延迟退休年龄的承受能力,兼顾各方利益,以渐进方式推进我国延迟退休年龄制度改革。
