摘    要:用高温固相法合成了Sr2GeO4:Tb3+荧光粉,在242和150nm光激发下荧光粉显示了优异的发光性能.详细讨论了它的发光性能.在近紫外激发下,荧光粉在542的绿色发光是由于3D4→<'4>D<,5>跃迁,在150nm激发下,它有在550 nm附近的明亮的绿色发光.这些发光性能表明它是一个很具有应用价值的绿色等离子体荧光粉.

Abstract:The novel green phoshpor Sr2 GeO4: Tb3+ was prepared by the traditional solid state reaction. The novel phosphor presents excellent luminescence properties excitated at 242 and 150 nm. The luminescence properties were investigated in details. The bright green emission at 542 under UV excitation was attributed to the 3D4→4D5 transition. When it was excitated at 150 nm the phosphor shows bright green at 550 nm. The promising luminescence properties made it a potential candidate for application in PDPs.
