摘    要:针对BIM情境下综合设施管理组织合作关系,提出一种基于NK模型的提升路径选择方法.首先,通过理论分析与文献梳理,采用问卷调查法与因子分析法,识别BIM情境下综合设施管理组织合作关系的影响因素.其次,结合影响因素重要度评估问卷调查、统计分析及DEMATEL方法,分析影响因素之间的关联情形,进而提取BIM情境下影响综合设施管理组织合作关系的关键要素.再次,利用随机分布函数为影响综合设施管理组织合作关系的多种关键要素选择组合结果随机分配适应度值,并依此绘制出对应的适应度景观图,结合适用的"攀爬方式",利用Matlab仿真技术对BIM情境下综合设施管理组织合作关系提升路径进行优选.最后,通过实例分析验证该方法的可用性和有效性.

Abstract:Focus on the cooperation relationship of integrated facility management organization, a method for selecting the improving path based on NK model in BIM context is proposed. Firstly, based on theoretical analysis and literature review, the influencing factors of integrated facility management organization cooperation relationship in BIM context is identified by questionnaire survey and factor analysis. Secondly, a correlation analysis of influencing factors is analyzed by the methods of questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and DEMATEL, and then the key factors that affect the cooperation relationship of integrated facility management organization in BIM context are extracted. Thirdly, the fitness values of different key factors selection combinations that affect the cooperation relationship of integrated facility management organization are randomly allocated based on the stochastic distribution function, and the fitness landscape can be charted according to these values. Adopting the applicable climbing mode, the most desirable improvement path of integrated facility management organization cooperation relationship can be preferred using simulation by Matlab. Finally, an example analysis is given to verify the usability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
