摘    要:本文首先应用弹性流体润滑理论分析了槽轮机构的弹性润滑油膜,定义油膜厚比作为磨损指标的判据,并对其高副的接触应力性质作了较深入的分析,提出该机构的设计准则和提高磨损寿命的措施。

Abstract:According to the theory of EHL,this paper analysed the oil film of EHL in the maltess cross Geneva wheel mechanism.The ratio of the oil film's thickness presented was evaluated as the basis of the wear indek. The contact stress of the higher pair wear further, the methods of the mechanic design could be improved and the wearing service life could be prolonged as well.
