企业非突破性自主创新模式研究

从技术创新的一般过程来看,自主创新可以分为突破性创新和非突破性创新两种类型。基于两类创新的不同特征及我国企业的实际,非突破性创新对于我国目前大多数企业来说更为可行。在已有研究的基础上,依据产品部件创新侧重点的不同和产品结构创新程度的差异,将非突破性创新具体划分为适应性、整合性和升级性等三种模式,并对这三种模式的特点、能力要求及战略意义等进行了分析。

On After-breakthrough Independent Innovation Patterns of Enterprises

From the view of technological process,independent innovation can be divided into breakthrough innovation and after-breakthrough innovation.The authors argue that the latter is more feasible for most of Chinese enterprises based on the different characters of these two innovation types and the status quo of enterprises.According to the different focuses of innovation,the authors further divide after-breakthrough innovation into adaptive innovation,integrative innovation and upgrading innovation,then analyzes their characters,required capabilities and strategic implications.
