万能型钢轧机轧制规程优化设计

摘    要:采用综合约束函数双下降法研究了万能可逆轧H型钢降低电耗的优化轧制过程,以总轧制能耗最小为目标,各首次轧件出口厚度为优化计算的自变量进行了优化。优化计算结果应用于生产试验表明节能效果良好。由于在轧制规程优化过程中考虑了各种约束条件,所以求得的优化轧制规程不但能满足轧机强度和电机功率要求,而且能保证所轧制的H型钢具有良好的尺寸精度。

Abstract:In this paper, the pass schedule to the universal reversib le tandem H-beam mill is optimized in SCDD(Synthesized Constrained Dua l Descent ) method. It targets to minimize the overall power consumpti on with the discharge thickness of each pass as the arguments. The op timized results used for productive test show that have a good effecti ve on energy-saving. Concerning so many kinds of constraint conditions , the optimized pass schedule can not only meet the requirement of rol ling mill strength and that of power of motor but ensure the H-beam wi th a sound dimensional precision as well.
