| 摘 要： | 介绍了YJ116供丝机风室板安全锁装置的原理。根据目前安全锁装置装配的方法和特点,指出了安全锁装置装配的缺点,提出了3种解决方案,确定了最佳改进方案。最后,对改进后的风室板安全锁装置所具有的优点进行了总结,安全锁装置的结构改进设计对实际生产具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The principle of the security lock device of YJ116 VE suction rod conveyor is introduced. According to the current methods and characteristics of safety lock device assembly, the shortcoming of the safety lock device assembly is pointed out, and three kinds of solutions are proposed. Based on the analysis and comparison, the best solution scheme is chosen. Finally, the advantages of the improved security lock device are summarized, and the improved design of the security lock device has the vital significance to the actual production. |
