| 摘 要： | 政治参与作为国家政治生活的一个重要方面,各国不同的政治背景赋予了其特定的内容,而探索中国特色的公民有序政治参与的发展,重在把握＂中国特色＂和＂有序性＂。从中国特殊的国情出发,分析了当前中国公民有序政治参与发展的新变化,并就如何推进和完善公民有序政治参与的发展,进行了几点思考。

| Abstract: | The political participation is viewed as an important aspect of the national political live Different nations have different political background which gives particular contents. However, when research the ways to develop the orderly citizen participation of politics with the Chinese characteristics, we must put the point on ＂Chinese characteristics＂ and ＂orderly＂. Therefore, it emphasizes more to analyze the present situation of Chinese citizen＇s orderly participation under the Chinese national conditions, and makes some analyses about how to push and perfect the development of citizen＇s orderly participation in political affairs. |
