| 摘 要： | 大学管理内含软实力的构建和提升,需要优秀文化的支撑。中国大学软实力的研究需要在中国传统文化的视野下进行。作为中国传统文化的精华,＂和＂文化具有精神境界上的包容性、是非判断上的道德性、价值取向上的发展性以及实现路径上的平衡性等特征,是现代管理思想的来源。

| Abstract: | University management contains the construction and promotion of its soft power,which needs the support of excellent culture.The study of Chinese university soft power should be placed under the horizon of Chinese traditional culture.As the quintessence of Chinese traditional culture,the "harmony" culture————the ideological origin of the modern management,bears the characteristics of inclusiveness in spiritual realm,morality in judging the right and the wrong,development in value-orientation and the balance in achieving methods. |
