TODD反应的应用研究

摘    要:以四氯化碳为多卤代烷,由Todd反应合成了尚未见用此法合成的数种N,N′一双(二烷基磷酰)-4,4′-二氨基联苯(R=C_2H_ 5,Ⅰ;n-C_3H_ 7,Ⅱ;n-C_4HC_4H_,Ⅲ;n-C_ 5H_11,Ⅳ)。发现,在反应中(RO)P_2OH的反应活性顺序是C-2H_5>n-C_2H_7>n-C_4H_4>i-C_3H_7>n-C_5H_11。在类似的条件下,以乙二胺为试剂之一,Todd反应能更顺利地发生。但以P.P-DDT代替四氯化碳,以乙二胺为另一试剂时,只得由P.P-DDT消除氯化氢的产物1,1-二(对氯苯基)-2,2-二氯乙烯。


PRACTICAL STUDY OF TODD REACTION
Abstract:Synthesising some compounds of N, N'—bis(dialkyl Phosphoryl) aromatic diamine by Todd reaction is reported in this paper. These compounds are never synthesed by this way and some of these compounds are no treported in literature. The not reported products are tabulated as follows 203.5~204 80 294 63 7320 68 The order reaction activity in the Todd reaction is found: (C_2H_5O)_2 POH>(n-C_3 H_7 O)_2 POH>(n-C_4 H_9 O)_2 POH>(i-C_3 H_7 O)_2 POH>(n-C_5 H_11 O)_2 POH In this paper it is also reported that P, P-DDT is transformed into 1, 1-di(p-chlorophenyl)-2, 2dichloro ethylene under condition of Todd reaction. Replacting P, P-DDT with carbon tetrachloride, the Todd reacd tion takes place under the similar condition.
