摘    要:对影响锅炉飞灰含碳量的主要因素进行了讨论,提出利用BP神经网络对特定机组的飞灰含碳量进行短期预测的一种实用模型,并应用于湖南某电厂的应用软件中,结果表明,该方法是有效的.

Abstract:In order to solve the real-time calculation of the unburned carbon in the fly ash from a utility boiler, BP artificial neural network based on the on-line detected data, such as coal ingredients of industrial analysis, excess air ratio, boiler's load, and so on, was applied to short-term forecasting. The result of typical calculation examples in the software in one of the utility boilers in Hunan province showed that the present method was effective.
