| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献调查法和逻辑分析法，依据我国经济体制、经济发展、体育改革的大背景，简述中国职业足球俱乐部发展的历程．分析现存制度上存在的问题，并提出我国职业足球俱乐部未来的发展趋势，旨在为中国职业足球俱乐部的健康和稳定发展提供理论咨询和相应对策。
