| Abstract: | Starting from the motivation of the diversification, and through the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward a principle for the diversified profession selection: between the diversified new and old professions there must be a bigger span. And this paper points out that through the resources based on the enterprises, each profession can be connected together, realizing the superiority complementation among different professions and giving full play to the superiorities of the whole enterprises group. |
