一种估计疲劳缺口系数Kf的新方法

摘    要:从能量观点出发建立了缺口局部应力应变分析的基本关系,以Kf-√KεKσ作为Kf的定义式推导出包括材料循环特性、缺口根部塑性变形和理论应力集中系数等复杂因素综合影响的Kf关系式。采用恒幅疲劳试验结果对其进行了验证,并与其它Kf公式的结果作了比较。最后对上述Kf关系式进行了讨论。

Abstract:From the point of view of energy,a fundmental relationship of local stress-strain at notch isderived.Defining Kf with such factors as cyclic behaviour of materials,plastic deformation of notch roots andtheoretical stress concentraton coefficient,take into consideration comprehensively is given.The result is verified through constant-amplitude fatigue tests and compared with the results obtained from other Kf equations.A discussion is made on this relationship.
