公路护栏立柱埋深无损检测系统

摘    要:在以笔记本电脑、压电式加速度传感器和数据采集卡为主要硬件.以图形化编程语言Lab—VIEW为开发平台的基础上,搭建了基于虚拟仪器技术的护栏立柱埋深检测系统。在降低设备成本的同时,实现了便携。试验以弹性波法为检测原理,采用弹性波的理论传播速度作为检测波速,进行了系统可行性验证。试验表明,应用本系统进行检测的立柱埋深最大绝对误差小于15mm,最大相对误差小于0.8%,满足工程检测要求,能够准确、快速地检测高速公路护栏立柱的埋置深度。

Abstract:A nondestructive testing system of expressway guardrail post embedded depth based on virtual instrument technology was set up, the graphical program language LabVIEW was used as application software platform and the hardware components of the system consist of laptop, piezoelectric acceleration transducer and data acquisition card. Reducing the cost of the equipment was reduced, and it also made the system more portable. This system used elastic wave theory as test method, and the theoretical value was used as examination wave velocity in the test. The results show that the maximum absolute error of embedded depth is less than 15 mm, and the maximum relative er- ror is less than 0.8% ,which indicates that expressway guardrail post can be detected accurately and efficiently by the system.
