新型复合保温板生产与应用

以普通硅酸盐水泥、废弃的聚苯颗粒、粉煤灰、发泡剂、聚丙烯纤维等材料,经搅拌、发泡、成型、养护制成发泡混凝土面材,以硬泡聚氨酯作为芯材研制成新型复合保温板,并在工程中得以应用.研究应用表明,新型复合保温板具有优良的施工性、环境效益、经济效益和社会效益,可以满足夏热冬冷地区建筑围护结构节能65%的目标,具有巨大的市场潜力和应用前景.

New Compound Insulation Board Production and Application

Ordinary portland cement, waste polystyrene particles,flyash,foam,polypropylene fibers and other materials by mixing, foaming, molding, maintenance concrete surface made of foam material, and polyurethane as the core material for the development of new composite insulation board, and was applied in the project. Research and application showed that the new composite insulation board has an excellent construction,environmental effectiveness,economic and social benefits,to meet the hot summer and cold in winter energy-saving building envelope areas 65 % of the target, with huge market potential and application prospects.
