| 摘 要： | 共选取5种黔产清热类中草药射干、头花蓼、板蓝根、龙胆草、栀子,测定了其水提取液和乙醇提取液对自由基.OH和DPPH.的清除能力,并采用IC50对其抗氧化能力进行评价。本实验还以烘箱试验来研究这些中草药抗菜籽油和猪油氧化的作用。结果表明,这5种清热类中草药对.OH和DPPH.均具有一定抗氧化作用,并且能很好地抑制菜籽油和猪油氧化。但龙胆草对猪油有一定的促氧化作用。

| Abstract: | Five heat-clearing and toxic-resolving herbs in Guizhou,namely,Rhizoma Belamcandae,Polygonum capitatum,Indigowoad root,Gentiana scabra,Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,have been chosen to evaluate their antioxidant activities of eliminating radicals ·OH and DPPH· by using their extracts respectively from ethanol and water.Their antioxidant capabilities were evaluated quantitatively with IC50.The antioxidant activities in rapeseed oil and lard were determined with oven-storage.The results showed that the 5 heat-clearing and toxic-resolving herbs all have high scavenging effect upon ·OH and DPPH· and high antioxidant activity to rapeseed oil and lard,but Gentiana scabra can accelerate the oxidant rate of lard. |
