| 摘 要： | 该文论述了软测量与推断控制技术的基本思想和基本原理,介绍了软测量的研究现状和研究成果,并逐一论述了实现软测量技术的4个主要方面:辅助变量的选择、数据采集和处理、模型建立和在线校正。探讨了软测量常用的几类建模方法,包括回归分析和神经网络。分析了当前软测量技术面临的难点,对其今后的研究方向进行了总结与展望。

| Abstract: | The basic theory and the basic principle of soft sensor and inferential control technology are discussed.The present research status and the research results of soft sensor are introduced.Four key factors for implementing the soft sensor are discussed one by one,including auxiliary variable choosing,data acquisition and processing,model building and on-line adjusting.Several model building methods for the soft sensor are described,including regression analysis and neural networks.The difficulties facing the soft sensor technology are analysed,and the summary and overview of the future research direction of soft sensor is presented. |
