| Abstract: | It is an objective demand for officials to cultivate a correct oudook on power, which is a goal of life officials should pursue. Only when officials can understand the nature and source of power, persist in constructing the Party for the public interests, administers for the people, and subject themselves to the supervision of the masses can they serve the people heart and soul with their power. |
