区间灰数群决策中决策者和属性权重确定方法

摘    要:研究区间灰数信息的多属性群决策中决策者和属性的权重问题.为解决决策者给出的属性值蕴含的客观权重和主观权重冲突的问题,利 用各方案与理想方案间的灰色关联度和极大熵原理建立规划模型求出属性的客观权重,并结合主观权重求得属性的综合权重;基于群体 意见的一致性要求和信息分布的特点,依据极大熵思想及各决策者关于方案的综合指标值与群体综合指标均值间的灰色关联度建立模 型求出各决策者的权重.在此基础上提出了区间灰数信息的群集结方法.算例验证了此方法较于其他方法更加合理.

Abstract:The problem of seeking weights of decision-makers and attributes is studied in multi-attribute group decision making with interval grey numbers. For avoiding conflict between subjective weights and objective ones computed from attributes' values given by decision makers, the comprehensive weights are calculated by combining subjective weights and objective ones, where objective weights of attributes are obtained by using the maximum entropy model under the constrains of grey relation degree between the optimal project and every one. While, based on the degree of group consensus and information distribution, the weights of decision-makers are obtained by the maximum entropy thought and grey relation degree between every decision maker's comprehensive evaluations and average group evaluations. Finally, an aggregation approach of group decision making with interval grey numbers is presented. The numerical example is proved to verify the proposed method is more reasonable than other methods.
