摘    要:大型梯级泵站输水工程是由泵站、拦污栅和渠段等设备、设施组成的复杂系统. 梯级泵站输水系统运行效率是反映系统运行状态的重要指标,也是影响输水费用的主要因素. 针对梯级泵站输水系统运行效率影响因素进行分析,提出梯级泵站输水系统运行效率指标体系及函数表达式,在此基础上建立系统运行效率优化模型,以各影响因素为决策变量,寻求梯级泵站输水系统最优运行效率,以及对应的梯级间水力优化运行方案和各级泵站优化运行方案. 以南水北调东线韩庄运河输水工程为应用实例,优化结果表明,该优化模型能够有效提高系统运行效率,可为梯级泵站输水系统经济运行提供技术支撑.

Abstract:The whole efficiency of cascade pumping station water-delivery system is an important indicator to reflect its running status, and is a major influence of the water-delivery costs. The influencing factor of the whole efficiency of cascade pumping station water-delivery system was studied in this paper. The concept and formula of efficiency of cascade pumping station water-delivery system were put forward considering various elements comprehensively. Then the whole optimizing model was established which regards the influencing factors as decision variables. The whole efficiency of cascade pumping station water-delivery system can be gained from this model, and the cascade hydraulic controlling scheme and pump-operation scheme can also be found out. Taking the application practice in Hanzhuang Canal of South-to-north Water Transfer Project for example, the optimization results have proved that this model could effectively improve system operation efficiency, and could provide technical support for the system economic operation.
