| 摘 要： | 音乐教育是实施素质教育的重要内容和途径之一,对培养人的全面素质有着其它学科不可替代的独特作用.它既可以使人学到音乐技能与知识,受到音乐的感染和熏陶,又可以使人得到全面的智能发展.重新审视音乐教育对人的思想道德、情感意志、身心健康等素质教育的重要作用及意义,是时代发展的需要也是社会发展的需要.

| Abstract: | Musical education is the important contents and one approach to carrying out competent education and it has the special function that can't be substituted by other subjects.It can not only make the people learn music technical ability and the knowledge,be absorbed in the nurture of musical appeal,but also make the people get overall intelligence development.So it is essential to re-examine the roles of musical education in the huamn's ideological and morals,emotion and will,mind and physical health,which is the demand of the times development and social development. |
