钻井液流变模式的优选与评价

摘    要:在现有主要流变模式的常规优选方法及参数确立的基础上,引入非线性回归,利用最小二乘原理,对现有主要流变模式进行回归与参数计算。利用残差平方和、残差方差以及确定系数三个指标来表征回归的效果,得出评价效果不能只简单依靠某一个指标来确定,需要综合不同指标从不同角度进行全面的对比分析,这样才能获得较合理的优选结果。同时经过计算、对比与分析,指出赫巴模式在较宽的适用范围内都能保持不错的回归精度,且参数的意义明确、形式简单、便于应用。

Abstract:On the basis of conventional optimization methods and parameters establishment of existing main rheological models, introducing the nonlinear regression ideas, using the principle of least squares, the existing main rheological models are regressed and parameters are calculated, then by the use of residual sum of squares, residual variance and coefficient of determination, the effect of regression can be evaluated. Obtaining that it is not sufficient to make a good decision only by one simple evaluate index, however this needs carry out a comprehensive comparison according to different evaluate indexes from different aspects to obtain an optimization result. After calculation, comparison and analysis, the Herschel-Bulkely Model has a good precision in a large scope of application, and the significance of its parameters is clear, the form is simple and application is convenient.
