摘    要:在生产和压实沥青混合料时,使用温拌沥青混合料技术,可以减少沥青混合料的拌和温度,又不损害路用性能。本研究的主要目的是为了确定沥青混合料在较低的温度下生产和压实时,添加Sasobit添加剂是否会影响沥青混合料的路用性能。基于室内试验的动态模量试验、间接拉伸强度试验的粘弹性能的结果来评价使用Sasobit添加剂的WMA路面的抗车辙、抗裂性能,此法同热拌沥青混合料路面的方法是一致的。试验结果表明,在生产和压实沥青混合料时,使用Sasobit添加剂的WMA的拌和温度比HMA的大约低30℃,而路用性能与HMA路面相近。

Abstract:The warm-mix asphalt technologies are used to reduce the produced and compacted temperature of the asphalt mixtures, and have no damage with the pavement performance. The main aim of this study is to determine whether the Sasobit added influences the performance of the asphalt mixture produced and compacted at lower temperatures. The performances of WMA pavement using Sasobit were evaluated by rutting resistance, crack resistance, and visco elastic property based on the laboratory dynamic modulus test, and indirect tensile strength test along with the HMA pavement. The results showed, the Sasobit was effective in producing and paving asphalt mixture at approximately 30?C lower temperature than the HMA, and the performances of WMA pavement were proximately close to that of HMA pavement.
