| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨ＣＥＡ对大肠癌肝转移早期诊断的临床意义。方法 采用免疫放射法测定４６例大肠癌患者血清中ＣＥＡ。结果 ＣＥＡ在Ｄｕｋｅ’ｓ Ａ，Ｂ期大肠癌患者的阳性率与在Ｄｕｋｅ’ｓ Ｃ，Ｄ期大肠癌患者的阳性率比较，差异显著（Ｐ〈０．０５）；ＣＥＡ在大肠癌肝转移组中的阳性率与在大肠癌其他组织或脏器转移组中的阳性率比较，差异显著。结论 ＣＥＡ与大肠癌的临床分期密切相关，ＣＥＡ值的异常升高，可视为大肠癌肝转移

| Abstract: | Objective Discussed the clinical significance of CEA diagnose to liver metastasis of large intestine cancer in the early period.Methods Using immunoradiometry to measure the serum's CEA of 46 patients with large intestine cancer patients.Results The positive rate of CEA in Duke's A,B stage large intestine cancer patients compared with CEA in Duke's C,D stag existed obvious difference ( P <0.05);The positive rate of CEA in the group of liver metastasis of large intestine carcer compared with CEA in the group of other tissues or visceras metastasis of large intestine existed obvious difference.Conclusion CEA is relative to large intestine cancer's clinical stage,CEA value abnormal rising can be seen as the model of high crasis of liver metastasis of large intestine cancer. |
