球铰式转轴密封装置研究

摘    要:提出了一种球铰式回转轴密封方法.这种密封方法是为了消除径向力对密封系统的影响,降低密封系统对回转机构的加工精度和安装精度的要求,补偿工作磨损误差,延长密封寿命.这种密封主要利用球形铰接可适应任何方向回转运动的特点,将球铰密封中的密封定轴固定在回转轴上,密封转轴固定在机器壳定体上,流体从这2个空心的具有相对回转运动的密封轴内腔流过.密封定轴和密封动轴之间的球形配合面形成主密封面.弹簧力和流体作者对球铰式密封机理及密封性能进行了研究,并将密封装关键.作用力使主密封面形成的配合间隙是该密封的置安装在某矿山的大直径高风压深孔潜孔钻机上应用,实现了7个月无泄漏现象,大大减少了处理泄漏的停产时间.理论分析和实践结果表明,这种密封方式是降低流体机构制造成本,减少维护,提高使用寿命的有效措施,在各种以油液或气体为介质的中、低速回转机械,尤其是对承受强烈冲击振动的流体机械中,具有重要的推广价值.

Abstract:In this paper, the authors worked out a creative sealing method to reduce the requirement for work accuracy and installation accuracy and to increase service life by backlash compensation. When fluid goes through the central holes in a revolving axle and a stationary axle, it is sealed by rotary global surfaces of these two axles. The fitting spaces of the two key elements--moving axle with global surface and stationary axle with concave global surface are crucial for this rotary global sealing. The force of the fluid and that of the spring mainly influence the fitting spaces. Embedded theoretical analysis and experimental study are carried out in this paper. The conclusion is that this kind of sealing can greatly cut down the time for equipment repairing and gain much longer working time.
