| 摘 要： | 在小麦花药培养过程中,观察分析C17、N6、K、MS 4种基本培养基对小麦花药愈伤组织的诱导和分化的影响,结果表明出愈率在4种培养基中表现为K＞C17 ＞N6 ＞MS.
