三杨庄汉代遗址霉菌污染种类鉴定与分析

摘    要:结合内黄县三杨庄汉代遗址表面的霉菌形态特征、利用显微观察与DNA分子鉴定方法,对其11份表面土样中分离到的霉菌进行了数量分析和种类鉴定,确定镰刀菌(Fusarium)、根毛霉(Rhizomucor)和链格孢菌(Alternaria)等14种真菌为遗址现场的主要污染霉菌,为进一步的防霉技术研发和遗址的现场保护研究提供了科学依据.

Abstract:In this paper,we reported a investigation about the mold contamination of the Sanyangzhuang site dated to Han Dynasty.After the separating and purifying manipulation,we identified 14 species fungi that were the main contaminating mold of the Sanyangzhuang site based on the microscopic properties and 18SrDNA/ITS sequences,and we believe that the study is valuable for the mold treatment and site conservation engineering.
