正常性种子和顽拗性种子中水分状态的差异

摘    要:用核磁共振法可检测出正常性种子和顽拗性种子脱水过程中水分状态化显著不同,即正常性种子的自由水可完全失去,束缚水得以保留,而顽拗性种子中水分呈现均一状态,干燥时缓慢失去,看不出自由水的束缚水的区别,这两类种子中水分状态的差异可能与其代谢状态有关。

Abstract:When seeds were dried by silica gel,the bulk water lost rapidly and completely while the bound water was retained in ones which were classified to orthodox seeds,butthe water in those so-called recalcitrant seeds existed in an identical state and lost slowly andgradually.These differences of the water status between two types of seeds could be measured by using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)method.
