摘    要:以明胶、阿拉伯树胶为囊材,用复凝聚法制备维生素AD微囊,运用正交设计实验优选其制备工艺。结果表明:复凝聚法制备微囊制备工艺中加酸速度是影响其质量的主要因素,方差分析P<0.05。利用优选的工艺制备的微囊质量稳定,能达到设计的要求。

Abstract:Using gelatin and gum acacia power for preparing the material of microcapsules and using complex coacervation to prepare it. The preparation of procedure was optimized by orthogonal experiment design. Results showed:the quality of microcapsules was greatly affected by speed of adding acid, and it also showed that it would enhance quality of microcapsules through controlling speed of adding acid(analysis of variance P<0.05).Using optimum procedure to prepare microcapsules was satisfactory and could attain the aim of the design.
