煤矸石、炉渣复合水泥的水化机理研究

摘    要:采用正交实验法制备了高强度、高混合材掺量的煤矸石、炉渣复合水泥试样,运用现代测试手段对水泥净浆的水化产物进行了实验研究,分析了水化进程中各阶段的主要水化产物。实验证明,快速形成的早期水化物改善了水泥的早期性能。

Abstract:The specimens of compound cement with higher compressive strength and a large amount of coal gaugue and furnace slag are made by adopting the method of orthogonal experiment The hydrate of this cement paste is determined by modern test methods,primary hydraulic reaction of each step in the hydration process is studied The hydrates forming rapidly in early time improve the characteristics of compound cement
