大岩桐叶柄诱导再生植株

摘    要:用大岩桐叶柄作为外植体,分别对试管苗诱导、增殖和生根条件进行了初步研究。结果表明:适宜诱导培养基以MS+6-BA2 0mg·L-1+NAA0 2mg·L-1+3%蔗糖+0 7%琼脂最佳,35d其诱导率为1 324,增殖培养基以MS+6-BA2 0mg·L-1+NAA0 1mg·L-1+3%蔗糖+0 7%琼脂为最好,30d其增殖倍数可达5 3倍。生根培养基以1/2MS+NAA0 6mg·L-1+3%蔗糖+0 7%琼脂为最好,生根率可达89 7%。

Abstract:The explant was leafstalk of Sinningia speciosa.The conditions of abduction,multiplication and rooting were studied.The results show that the optimum medium for abduction is MS with 2.0mg·L~(-1)6-BA,0.2mg·L~(-1)NAA,3% sucrose and 0.7% agar,which makes the abduction rate reach 1.324 times during 35 days, The optimum medium for shoot buds multiplication is MS with 2.0mg·L~(-1)6-BA,0.1mg·L~(-1)NAA,3% sucrose and 0.7% agar,which makes the multiplication rate reach 5.3 times during 30 days.The optimum medium for rooting is 1/2Ms with 0.6mg·L~(-1)NAA,3% sucrose,0.7% agar,which makes the rooting rate reach 89.7%.
