摘    要:本文应用涂镧的内微型杯配合日立180-80原子吸收光谱仪的杯型石墨炉原子化器,采用前置消化直接测定人发中微量元素铜、锌,省去了冗长的化学预处理,在优化实验程序条件下,获得满意的结果。方法准确、快速,测定相对标准偏差约为5%。

Abstract:The method of the solid sample directly introducing the atomizer for determining the copper and zinc of man's hair is studied in this paper. With this method, we use coating Lanthanum inner mini-cup with Hitach 180-80 Zeeman Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy standard cup atomizer and predigestion. Overcomming long-time chemistry pretreatment, results are very satisfactory with optimum program conditions. This method has the advantages of accuracy and rapid and good repeatability. (relative standard deviation is about 5 precent).
